These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of social media management services provided by Organic Growth (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible via www.organicgrowth.io (“Website”).
By signing up or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1.1 Service Delivery
Organic Growth delivers custom-made social media content and management services based on your package selection.
Each client is assigned an account manager for day-to-day communication. Timely collaboration, detailed feedback, and transparent communication are essential for a successful partnership.
Once a project or monthly batch of deliverables has been approved, it is considered complete and final.
1.2 Social Platform Limitations
Because our services rely on third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, we cannot be held responsible for any outages, access issues, or platform errors.
We will, however, assist in resolving connection or scheduling issues within our control.
1.3 Scheduling & Publishing
Content scheduling begins only after your social accounts have been successfully connected to our publishing system.If technical issues prevent scheduling, you may download and post your content manually.
Posting and scheduling are complimentary features and not included in the paid service cost, therefore not eligible for refunds.
1.4 Communication Channels
To ensure efficient communication and documentation, all support and collaboration occur via email, our dashboard, or project management platforms.
Meetings or calls may be arranged only if required and approved in writing.
1.5 Delays in Onboarding or Feedback
Your subscription begins once payment is received and your onboarding questionnaire is submitted.
If onboarding or feedback is delayed on your side, the project timeline will not be extended, and future billing dates will continue as scheduled.
Unutilized work is stored as credit for future use — credits do not expire.
1.6 Lack of Response or Approval
If we do not receive approval or feedback within 30 days of delivery, the content will be considered accepted and finalized.
If you remain inactive between billing cycles, we will continue creating new deliverables based on your existing brief and prior feedback.
1.7 Professional Conduct
We value respectful, professional communication. Any form of rudeness, harassment, or disrespect toward our team will result in immediate account termination without refund.
1.8 Collaboration Guidelines
Please keep us informed about password or access changes and regularly review your accounts.
Social media success requires cooperation — silence or unclear communication may lead to unsatisfactory outcomes.
We encourage open feedback and revisions before considering cancellation.
1.9 File Retention
All creative deliverables are stored for up to 90 days after delivery. It is your responsibility to download and safely store the materials before that period expires.
2.1 No Refunds
Due to the personalized and creative nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
Our fees cover the time, expertise, and effort dedicated to planning, creating, and managing your content — not the outcome or performance of your social media accounts.
2.2 Connectivity & Platform Issues
Posting and scheduling are complimentary add-one.
Refunds are not issued for platform-related issues, connection errors, or access problems.
2.3 Performance Disclaimer
While we focus on creating quality content and strategy, results such as follower growth, engagement, or conversions depend on multiple factors outside our control.
You are paying for creative execution, not guaranteed results.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any project or client.
We may update our pricing, services, and internal policies at any time without prior notice.
All work is performed according to professional standards and within the agreed scope.
4.1 Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance.
You authorize Organic Growth to automatically process recurring payments using your provided payment method.
4.2 Subscription Renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Unpaid invoices may result in paused or terminated services until payment is received.
4.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime through your client dashboard.
Cancellations are effective immediately but are not eligible for prorated refunds.
4.4 Revisions
Each monthly package includes one round of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra fees.
4.5 Auto-Approval
If no response is received within 30 days, all pending deliverables are automatically marked as approved.
4.6 Portfolio Use
You grant Organic Growth permission to display your logo, social media visuals, and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
5.1 Warranty Disclaimer
Organic Growth provides all services “as-is” without warranties of performance or specific outcomes.
We do not guarantee engagement, traffic, or sales results.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous one (1) month.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Organic Growth shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
You are solely responsible for:
The accuracy and legality of all materials, content, and assets provided to us.
The safety and management of your social media accounts.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organic Growth, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your actions or materials.
We treat all information shared with us as confidential.
We will not disclose or use your business information, content, or strategies for any purpose other than service delivery.
This obligation remains in effect for two (2) years following termination of services.
Disputes should first be communicated directly with our team via support@organicgrowth.io
Any chargebacks made without prior discussion will result in immediate suspension of services.
If a chargeback is reversed by your bank, we reserve the right to re-invoice you for the disputed amount and associated fees.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia (Europe).
Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be handled exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
