Refund Policy

(Effective as of October 2025)

At Organic Growth, our services are designed to deliver real value through strategy, creativity, and execution.

Because our work involves customized, manual, and time-based creative effort, it’s important to clarify how refunds and cancellations are handled.

1. General Policy

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.

Our services involve personalized creative work — once we begin production, time and resources are allocated specifically to your account. Therefore, refunds are not available for any portion of work performed.

Organic Growth operates on a subscription-based model, not an on-demand or “pay only if satisfied” model.

You are paying for our team’s dedicated time, creative labor, and deliverables — not for guaranteed outcomes such as engagement, growth, or sales.

2. Deliverables

If you’re unsatisfied with the delivered content, we’re happy to review your detailed feedback and provide one round of revisions as included in your package.

However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.

Once deliverables are approved, they are considered final, and no further edits will be made. Approval may be explicit (through confirmation) or implied (by lack of feedback after 30 days).

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your client dashboard by selecting “Manage Subscription” and choosing “Cancel.”

Please note:

Cancellations take effect immediately.

No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellations.

If you’re charged before canceling, that month’s work will still be produced, as your team allocation begins immediately after renewal.

4. Renewals

All Organic Growth subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.

Once a renewal is processed, it cannot be refunded, and the client remains responsible for that billing cycle’s deliverables.

5. Onboarding & Sign-Up

Production begins immediately after your onboarding form is submitted.

If you sign up but fail to complete onboarding, your payment will be converted into service credits for future use — credits do not expire.

Refunds are not available for onboarding delays or changes of mind after signup.

If more than 25 days pass without completing onboarding, we reserve the right to proceed using our best judgment and publicly available information to create your first batch of content.

6. Technical or Platform Issues

You are paying for the creation of content, not the performance or technical operation of third-party platforms.

Posting and scheduling are complimentary add-ons.

For this reason:

Platform disconnections, login issues, or technical errors do not qualify for refunds.

If a social media platform rejects or removes posts (e.g., due to policy or industry restrictions), Organic Growth is not liable.

Clients are responsible for ensuring ongoing access to connected accounts and reviewing scheduled posts.

If scheduling fails due to disconnection, you can post content manually or we’ll reschedule after access is restored.

7. Mistakes & Quality Control

We take pride in delivering high-quality work and review all content before delivery.

However, minor human errors can occur.

Please note:

Refunds are not provided for typos, incorrect information, or timing issues.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to publishing.

If a post is missed or delayed, we can replace it with new content, but refunds will not be issued.

8. Delays

We understand communication takes time, but both parties share responsibility for project timelines.

Client-caused delays (such as lack of feedback, late onboarding, or missing materials) do not justify refunds or billing extensions.

Delays on our end do not warrant refunds either, but we may extend your billing cycle or issue a service credit to compensate for time lost.

If no feedback is received within 30 days of delivery, your content batch is automatically approved, and revisions will no longer be accepted.

9. Results Disclaimer

Social media outcomes depend on numerous variables — including audience behavior, market trends, and brand consistency.

Organic Growth does not guarantee specific marketing results such as engagement rates, leads, or sales.

You are paying for our team’s expertise, creative labor, and deliverables — not outcome-based performance.

10. Resellers & White Label Clients

If you are reselling our services under your brand, you are responsible for collecting payment from your own clients.

Organic Growth does not issue refunds or credits to resellers for services already rendered.

11. Credit Card Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for any reason covered by these Terms or this Refund Policy.

If a dispute is filed:

All deliverables, content, and access will be immediately revoked and deleted from our systems.

If your bank rules in your favor despite clear agreement to these terms, we will re-invoice the disputed amount plus any applicable fees. Failure to pay this invoice may result in legal action or debt collection proceedings.

12. Unethical Conduct or Threats

We maintain a respectful and fair environment.

Attempts to blackmail, threaten, or pressure our team for refunds (including threats of negative reviews or chargebacks) are strictly prohibited.

Such behavior may lead to:

Termination of your account

Reporting to review platforms for abuse

Legal action for defamation or extortion if damages are proven

13. Final Notes

This Refund Policy exists to protect both our clients and our creative team.

By maintaining transparent, fair terms, we can deliver high-quality, consistent results while ensuring a professional working relationship.
